This is a binding Agreement between you (the Business) and Hello Yello. By submitting information on Hello Yello's registration page the Business agree to be bound by and abide the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The service provided by Hello Yello enables the Business to get listed in Hello Yello's business directory with the following information:

• Business Name
• Business Address
• Business telephone, fax and cell phone numbers
• Business Email Address
• Website Addresses
• Business Description up to 200 characters
• Business Logo/Banner in GIF, JPEG or PNG format with maximum dimensions of 160 X 80 pixels and a file size of up to 5 KiB
• Main Category

The Business Information will be available on Hello Yello's main website as well as Hello Yello's mobile website, as soon as the Business has activated its account with the activation code sent during the registration process.

If activation has not been completed within 14 days the information provided during registration Hello Yello has the right to delete the information without notice.

In order to activate the account and maintain the information the Business must have JavaScript and Cookies enabled in the browser.

The Business is responsible for all activities occurred under its user name and for keeping the password secure.

Hello Yello reserves the right to contact the Business by email about issues relevant to the service.

The Business agrees to submit proper, lawful and correct information during the registration, and that this information is being stored and processed by Hello Yello to provide the service.

Further more the Business agrees to maintain the information up to date and accurate.

No information will be made available to third parties as described in Hello Yello's Privacy Policy.

The Business has sole responsibility for the information provided and shall hold Hello Yello harmless and indemnified from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted against Hello Yello, that may arise or result from the service provided.

Hello Yello cannot be held liable for the availability, security and reliability of the service.

Hello Yello reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service anytime without any further notice and liability to the Business.

Changes of the service and conditions will be announced on Hello Yello's news page and news feed.

Either party, without cause, may terminate this Agreement without notice. The notification of termination must be given by the terminating party via e-mail.

This is a binding Agreement between you (the Business) and Hello Yello. By using Hello Yello's Web Poster and Feed Editor the Business agree to be bound by and abide the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The service provided by Hello Yello enables the Business to set up and maintain Web Posters (web pages) and Atom Feeds.

The service is offered "as is" and used by the Business on its own risk.

In order to use the service the Business must have JavaScript and Cookies enabled in the browser.

Hello Yello reserves the right to contact the Business by email about issues relevant to the service.

The Business has sole responsibility for all content published in Web Posters and Feeds, set up by the Business. The content is not reviewed by Hello Yello.

The Business must not publish any content with no relevance to the Business or the operation of this.

The Business must not publish any content that may infringe, violate or harm third parties in any way, or offer or promote content which is unlawful, offending, ethically or morally improper, pornographic, hateful or racist or link to websites with such content.

The Business must not promote any content by means of spam, viruses, worms, spyware or other malicious software.

Hello Yello claims no ownership or control over any content the Business submit to the service. The Business or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to the content and are responsible for protecting those rights.

You give Hello Yello the right to store and process the content in order to provide the service.

Should a loss of data occur, Hello Yello will apply all means at hand to recover and secure the data but is not obliged to do so.

Hello Yello has the right to remove any content that do not comply with this agreement without notice, or further liability to the Business.

The Business has sole responsibility for any content published and shall hold Hello Yello harmless and indemnified from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted against Hello Yello, that may arise or result from the service provided.

Hello Yello cannot be held liable for the availability, security and reliability of the service.

If the agreement is terminated by Hello Yello notification will be given via e-mail. The Business terminates the agreement by deleting all Web Posters and Feeds.
